Come to our well-being classes
We have been working on a number of Social Prescription projects since January 2023 in partnership with
our sister company Evans Sent.
After an overwhelming response and a consistent wait list for every event, we set-up Self Care Creatives to focus on securing further funding.
Our aim is to reach more people, building stronger communities and better mental health and well-being through creativity.

The Village Hall
(Funded until June 2023)
Manchester
Free social and creative activity opportunity for Manchester residents (over the age of 16)
to learn the art of using thread to represent and record your everyday experiences as miniature stitches.
Classes are centred on capturing memories and practicing gratitude through active mediation whilst developing skills, building confidence and a community.
Attend the Introduction to Thread Journaling class, followed by a monthly social where you can further your skills and share progress with fellow attendees.
All materials, tea & coffee are included free of charge.
Currently funded until June 2023, but we are working on securing further funding to continue to offer this project.
